A media briefing on The 2nd Annual International Mastering IT Project Management was held on the 4th July 2006 at the Sheraton Subang Towers and Hotel where the representatives from all the major media publications were invited. The organiser, Advanced Technology Studies Centre (atSC) as well as representatives from the co organisers, Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC), Project Management Institute Information Technology and Telecommunications Specific Interest Group (PMI IT & Telecom SIG), PMI Malaysia Chapter (PMIMY) and Malaysian National Computer Confederation (MNCC) were there to brief the media on the upcoming event.

Media representative from BERNAMA, The New Stratis Times Press, The Star and The Edge were present.

Dear esteemed members in Asia Pacific Region, IT & Telecom Specific Interest Group is proud to announce that our very own VP Globalisation, Petra Goltz, PMP(r) will be gracing our shore on the 1st - 2nd August 2006 in conjunction with the IT & Telecom Specific Interest Group first official MEGA event in the Asia Pacific region during the 2nd Annual International Mastering IT Project Management Conference (http://www.mitpm.org/), an event to be held here in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Petra has been the VP-Globalisation of the PMI IT & Telecom SIG since December 2003 and has extensive experience in managing large and complex IT and Telecom projects throughout Europe, worth EURO 28 million.
